procedurals kept chugging along steadily, while FOX's "Terminator:
The Sarah Connor Chronicles" and "Dollhouse" both hit low points.
Among adults 18-49, CBS did a 2.3 rating, beating ABC's 1.8
rating in the key demographic. FOX finished third with a 1.3 rating,
nipping the 1.2 rating for NBC and The CW's 0.8 rating.
Overall, CBS averaged an estimated 10.32 million viewers and a
6.5 rating/12 share. ABC's 4.5/8 was second, with NBC's 2.6/5 and
FOX's 2.1/4 following. The CW was fifth with a 1.2/2.
"Ghost Whisperer" kicked off
CBS' Friday sweep with a 6.9/13 in the 8 p.m. hour. ABC was second
with a 2.9/5 for "Wife Swap." NBC's "Howie Do It" was third, beating
the 2.0/4 for "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles," which
averaged under three million viewers. The CW's "America's Next Top
Model" repeat had a 1.1/2 for the hour.
CBS stayed in first place at 9 p.m. with a 6.2/11 for
"Flashpoint." ABC's "20/20: Special Edition" was second with a
5.4/9. NBC's "Friday Night Lights" had a 2.3/4 for third. Fourth
place went to FOX's "Dollhouse," which had a 2.2/4 and saw its
viewership slip to 3.55 million. The CW's "America's Next Top Model"
trailed.
At 10 p.m. CBS' "Numb3rs" did a 63./11 for first. ABC's "20/20"
stayed second with a 5.1/9, beating "Dateline NBC."
