A prime-time edition of "The Price Is Right" helped CBS score a ratings win on Friday.

CBS averaged a 5.2 rating/9 share for the evening. NBC and FOX tied for second at 4.2/7, with ABC not far behind at 3.9/7. The CW pulled down a 2.6/5.

In the adults 18-49 demographic, CBS' 1.9 rating was good enough to take the top spot. FOX, 1.8, came in second, while ABC and NBC tied for third at 1.7. The CW trailed with a 1.4.

"The Price Is Right Million Dollar Spectacular" earned a 6.2/11 for CBS at 8 p.m. A "Bones" repeat, 3.9/7, put FOX in second, ahead of "Amne$ia," 3.4/6, on NBC. ABC came in fourth with a "Grey's Anatomy" rerun. The first hour of "Friday Night Smackdown!" delivered a 2.6/5 for The CW.

CBS held the lead at 9 p.m. with a repeat of "Ghost Whisperer," 4.5/8. ABC's "20/20" and FOX's "House" rerun were right behind at 4.4/8. "Dateline" scored a 4.0/7 for NBC, while "Smackdown!" held steady for The CW.

At 10 p.m., a second hour of "Dateline" posted a 5.3/10 for NBC. CBS' "Numb3rs" drew a 4.9/9 to finish a little ahead of ABC's "20/20."
